Pennies from the UK make a massive difference…

Hi Everyone! Two of the FtL team are travelling to India and Nepal in March to visit all the schools and all the terrific kids who are supported by you lovely sponsors. Happy New Year!

  Happy 2014 to all our Supporters 🙂 Hope the year ahead brings lots of luck to everyone. It will be a busy year for all the FtL children who are all moving working hard and enjoying their school lives. Each sponsor will receive a News Years update over the next few weeks as our guardians visit all the schools in India and Nepal to see how the young students are getting on in the new term. Autumn Fund Raiser

A Big thank you to the volunteer team in Lymington and especially Fleur Butler who did a fantastic job putting together the event. Autumn is here!

Autumn is here again, and throughout the Summer the students at the new Care Himalayan Region School have been settling in and getting used to their new home mothers and teachers. You can see that they have planted a field full of rice which they are very excited to harvest in the next few weeks, as well as apples in the playground. CHR Conscience School is up and runnning!!

Congratulations to all of you at Care Himalayan Region – you have all worked so hard over the last few months. FtL sponsored children in Nepal are now working in a more secure and comfortable environment surrounded by friends. As you can see though we have some work to do to fix the playground, it may well flood once again like this next monsoon so fundraising is now underway secure that all important drainage problem and create a happy playground :-)…
